Genetics vs. Environment

Elaine writes:
I have tried over and over again to show the list that as a scientist having studied genetics for 3 long years along with other courses, that the first rule of genetics is ENVIRONMENT (including food) + GENES = YOUR PHENOTYPE. Phenotype means what you express physicall and mentally. Thus in most chronic disease, we have what is considered mutilfactorial causes. In spite of millions spent to try and find a genetic basis for Crohns, it is mainly an environmental problem caused by an unnatural diet.
