Just got off the phone with Arthur Klein at Country Farm Dairy in NY. Although he makes the DCCC for Advantage Foods under their New Way Natural Day, he also makes it for his own company and is trying to get widespread distribution. He is the Master Cheesemaker, in my opinion, and anyone who wants his DCCC, call him at 1-888-791-8555 or 914-654-2999 and order his Fat Free Dry Farmer Cheese. He will have a website soon.
